What EVOKANS is
EVOKANS reads the oldest love stories ever written — from the Bible and the Talmud — and turns them into practical tools for modern relationships. We read these texts as literature. Quotations come from public-domain English translations, sometimes lightly adapted for modern readers.
Our digital products
- What you get. Each product page lists exactly what’s included. Products are PDF and image files, delivered as an instant download on the page you see right after payment.
- Prices. Prices are shown in US dollars. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Your licence. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, keep and use the files for yourself. Please don’t resell them, share the files publicly or upload them to other sites. If a friend needs the guide, buying her a copy — or pointing her to our free copy promise — is the kind thing to do.
- Delivery problems. If a download doesn’t work, email us and we’ll send the files directly.
- Right of withdrawal. Our products are digital files delivered immediately. At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available (Article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer law, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). We confirm this by email after your purchase.
- Refunds. Even so, every purchase comes with our voluntary 14-day refund promise — see Refunds & donations. It applies in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts. You don’t receive goods or services in return. We use donations for the purpose stated on our donation page: producing free EVOKANS stories and giving the guide free to any woman who asks and can’t afford it. Monthly donations can be cancelled at any time. EVOKANS is not a registered charity, so donations are not tax-deductible. Details: Refunds & donations.
Free content and sharing
Our free stories, episodes and The Well Test are made to be shared — send links freely. The texts, artwork, videos, logo and design of EVOKANS are protected by copyright and belong to EVOKANS. Please don’t copy them into your own products or channels without asking us first.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, send spam through its forms or use it for anything unlawful.
Other websites
We link to services such as Stripe, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Liability
We work hard to keep the site and our products accurate and available. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring a claim there. If something goes wrong, please email us first — we’ll do our best to fix it quickly.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to anything you buy or give from the date shown at the top.
