Short version: we collect only what we need to send you what you asked for, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are

What we collect and why
| You request The Well Test | We collect: First name (optional), email address, your consent and when you gave it, which page and link you came from (for example “instagram”) and — if you tried the short quiz — your result category (high, mid or low). We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own server. We learn where visitors come from only through the link itself (for example evokans.com/ig) and the form you send — nothing is stored in your browser. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted providers who process data only on our instructions:
- Stripe — payments and donations (Ireland / USA)
- Netlify — website hosting and form submissions (USA)
- MailerLite — email delivery (EU)
When data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell or rent your personal data.
How long we keep it
- Email list: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only a note of your address so we don’t email you again.
- Purchases and donations: as long as tax and accounting law requires — generally six years.
- Emails you send us: up to two years after our last conversation.
- Form submissions: only as long as needed to add you to our email list.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just email office@evokans.com — we reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Adults only
EVOKANS is made for adults. If you’re under 18, please don’t send us personal data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll tell subscribers by email.
